chocolate cherry Overnight Oats

I give to you, on this day, my chocolate cherry overnight oats.

Every single day we have a chance to change…something.

To get better or at least try.

This filling and delightful chocolate cherry overnight oats breakfast will NOT change your life, just your early morning productivity and energy level.

Darned delicious and highly portable, this chocolates cherry overnight oats makes for a no excuse, running out the door kind of breakfast win.

what you need

  • 10oz sealable jar
  • tablespoon and teaspoon

ingredients

  • 3 heaping tablespoons of quick cooking oats
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 tsp each chia seeds and hemp seeds
  • 10 dried cherries or cranberries or raisins
  • Pinch salt
  • 1 tsp Mexican vanilla extract ( or regular)
  • 1/4 cup of coconut milk
  • 1 tsp honey

this is how we do it

Mix all the dry ingredients together.

Top with coconut milk and vanilla.

Mix well. Set and forget in the fridge until morning.

Before you leave the house add a dollop of honey.

That’s all. Congratulations, you did something special for you today.
